职位职能:采购经理 职位描述:Preferred Location: Shenzhen, Dongguan, Guangzhou, Zhuhai or XiamenPosition Purpose & Objectives:Summarize the position objectives:Supplier relationship management & cost negotiationsAudit and qualify potential suppliers as per sourcing/quality/social accountability/sustainability requirementsDirect Management of International Sourcing team based in Asia, with strong connectivity, collaboration and guidance from the Lake Forest California USA SourcingProductivityNew Product IntroductionWorking Capital ImprovementDelivery maintenanceMajor Tasks and Level Accountability:A: 5% YOY productivity before inflationB: New Product Introduction 90% on cost & timingC: Working Capital Improvement: Payment terms, Delivery LT, Inventory: VMI/MOQ/MOV/ConsignmentQualifications-Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Considerable knowledge of sources of supply, markets, price and commodity trends with ability to accurately predict/anticipate marketplace events and develop action plans that anticipate/prevent implementation challenges.The ability to:Analyze and organize facts to effectively present material both verbally and in writing.Fluent in Mandarin & English (Cantonese or Spanish a plus but not required).Effectively utilize communication skills, both oral and written, in order to present, influence and persuade other inside and outside of the organization.Interface with employees at all levels in the organization.Skilled at facilitating dynamic, cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding performance.Proficient in the use of Microsoft office computer systems and applications, with intermediate to advanced skill levels in ERP/MRP Systems, e-Sourcing applications, spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, database programs ....etc (Ariba, SAP, MFGPro, MetaStorm, ProTrak system applications desirable~not required).Education or ExperienceExperience:Minimum of 5 years combined Supplier Management, Global Sourcing, Commodity Management, Program/Project Management, Finance, and/or Manufacturing Operations experience.Proven negotiating skills, Team Leadership/Mgmt Skills, and Project Leadership experience required.Demonstrated Staff Management and Development Skills required.Strong analytical skills required.International Business Experience required.Security and Hardware industry knowledge and experience a plus.Experience Managing Asia based suppliers required.Education:Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor\’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Technical field or equivalent experience required.MBA or advanced degree desired.Certified Purchasing Manager [CPM] Certification desirable.Personal Attributes (Personal Characteristics)Demonstrated Great People Cultural Attributes: Risk Taking, Impact vs. Activity, Urgency, High Energy, Demonstrate Unyielding Integrity ?
