职位描述:
岗位职责: 1.制定和执行销售计划以完成预期业绩; Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations; 2.制定拜访计划,开发和维护从操作到管理层的客户关系; Make the visit plan to develop and maintain relationship with clients at operational level and management level; 3.准备相关的资料建立对产品的了解和认知; Prepare relevant presentations to create product understanding and awareness; 4.参照相关信息准备销售方案/报价和其他相关文件 ; Coordinate support resources to prepare sales proposal/quotation and other relevant documentations; 5.对合同履行质量实施监控与评价,提出风险防范对策; Monitoring and evaluation of the quality of implementation performance of the contract, 6.及时回款; The back section in a timely manner; 7.开发利用客户资源,促进客户的相关购买和持续购买; Development and utilization of client resources, to promote the related customer purchase and continuous purchase; 8.销售成本的分析与控制; Analysis and control cost of sales 9.协助销售经理按照客户和公司的要求进行合同洽谈, ; Assist sales manager to the contract negotiation to meet both client and company needs; 10.管理每一阶段的销售进程,保证及时有效的客户服务和回应; Administrate all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response; 11.搜集市场动向和同行信息并向部门领导汇报; Collect the market trend/competitors information and report to the management; 12.参加展会和其他相关销售活动; Participate exhibitions and involve in other sales activities; 13.其他相关工作。 Other related work. 任职资格: 1.本科或以上学历,理工科类专业; Bachelor or above degree, majored in science and technology ; 2.5年以上相关行业产品技术销售工作经验,有钢铁或有色冶炼金属行业经验的优先考虑; At least 5 years technical or sales experience in product and technology related industry; 3.有工程招投标经验; Experience for project bidding;; 4.EPC(设计、采购、建造)公司工作经验; Experience with EPC company; 5.出色的沟通谈判能力和人际关系处理技巧; Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; 6.良好的团队合作,积极的工作态度,良好的分析和能动的解决问题的能力。 Good team player and have a positive attitude, good analytical and innovative problem solving skills;
