Develop, recommend and implement compensation and benefits related programs, policies and practices in line with the business development to ensure and maintain the organization ability to attract, motivate and retain a competent workforce in the company.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES OF POSITION:
· Salary survey and salary review
Conduct and analyze market surveys and benchmarks to ascertain the competitiveness of all of entities remuneration.
Effect of implementation analysis and recommendation for salary review.

· Remuneration structure
Design, evaluate, analyze and modify Remuneration strategy, policies and systems under the guidance of the organization Remuneration philosophy.

· Corporate Remuneration tasks
Review related payroll and IIT reports
Review monthly HC report
Employee Relations
Review all kinds of reports & lead some projects 
 
· Global Remuneration project
Coordinate the implementation of Remuneration projects of global
Communicate with AME or global Remuneration personnel for identifying global requirements or policies in compensation and benefits

·Remuneration Team Building
Standardize remuneration related procedure
Monitor and coach team member’s work

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required
•  Bachelor or above degree
•  Minimum three years multination company experience in the same role
•  Good command of English
   Able to work under high pressure and time limitation.
