Position reports to: Manager of MobilityPrimary ObjectivesTo support the smooth running of the Mobility process in WP China, and provide support on expatriate managementResponsibilities- Responsible for assisting with and overseeing the mobilisation and demobilisation of expatriates in China, including costing and contract preparation, visa and work permit application, onboarding, input data into HRIS, and settling in. - Responsible for assisting with and overseeing mobilisation and demobilisation of WPC employees to other locations.- Corporate LOI preparation - Corporate IEWO preparation- Preparation of Change Report for Expatriate Payroll, and assistance with payroll queries from expatriates. Must have a good understanding of payroll calculation procedures.- Liaise with counterparts within the Global Mobility team, and also other HR personnel worldwide- Manage contracts with local vendors for Medical, AD&D, Life and Travel Insurance, Accommodation, Immigration Services, Home Search services and others as required to provide a framework for Mobilisation- Internal Mobility as required-Manage the filing system of expatriate P-Files– hard and softEssential Skills/Experience- Bachelor or above degree- Minimum 3 years HR experience. Experience in Global Mobility, while not essential, is preferred- Good communication skills, with a high level of English and Mandarin, spoken and written- Experience with dealing with expatriates, western and regionalMatching indicators- Mature, level headed, common sense attitude, and outstanding customer service skills. Must be able to be polite and courteous at all times while still being firm, persuasive and solution-oriented.- Flexible attitude to work and sensitivity to business requirements.- Hard working
